It meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers. Members serve four year terms.

1.      DSA-11-00178: Variance from City Code section 17.56.260, Table 17.56.220- Off-Street Parking Spaces Required, to allow a proposed “Business, Technical or Vocational School” to provide 12 on-site parking spaces where 19 are required, located at 2296 N. Pinal Ave., Casa Grande, AZ 85122, APN 504-08-015.

Florence Boulevard) starting at 6:00 p.m. Meeting dates, times, and/or locations may be changed if deemed necessary by the City. Proper notice of such changes will be provided.

Complete applications and fees are due to the Development Center.
