Public Notice PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing to consider a commercial waste hauler surety and an annual per vehicle permit fee. The City of Casa Grande will conduct a public meeting on: Date: November 1, 2010 The new fees consist of a cash permit surety of $2,000 per waste hauler (to be forfeited if a nonpermitted vehicle is used), a permit surety of $2,000 per waste hauler (to address any charges incurred by the city in correcting any failure by the contractor to perform in accordance with the requirements), and an annual fee of $2,000 per vehicle used in the collection of refuse within the City of Casa Grande. Written and verbal comments are welcome at the Public Meeting.
