The mission of the City of Casa Grande Community Recreation Center Feasibility Study is to complete a comprehensive plan for the development of a multi-faceted community recreation center that is regionally based, meets the varied recreational needs of the community, is affordable to the users and is a source of community pride. The center will need to attract users as individuals and families as well as appeal to all age groups, ethnic backgrounds and income levels.
The facility will be a safe place to gather that enhances a sense of community. The project will need to be planned within the financial guidelines that have been established for development and operation of the center.
